Shipping and Return Policies

Shipping

Shipping charges listed are for regular ground shipment, and
apply only to the lower 48 United States.

Extra shipping charges will apply to Alaska, Hawaii and Canada. 

We're sorry, but we no longer ship outside of North America.

Expedited shipping is available for many clocks at an additional charge.
Call us at 1-888-632-8580 if you need your package rush delivered.

Damages

If your clock arrives damaged, call us at 1-888-632-8580 and we will have
your clock replaced or locally repaired depending upon the situation.  If the
outside packaging is badly damaged, make sure to point it out to the
delivery person if they are still there. If they are not, take pictures of the packaging
and clock that show the damages. Also, make sure to keep the packaging.
These steps will help to speed up any insurance claims with the delivery
company.

If the clock stops running, or has any other problems within its warranty
period, also give us a call.  Often times it is a simple matter we can instruct
you through over the phone. If it is not, we will take whatever steps
necessary to have the problem resolved.

Once a warranty expires, there are still steps you can take to have a clock
repaired affordably.  If you need any assistance, contact us and we will
do our best to point you in the right direction.

Exchanges

If, within 10 days of receipt, you are not satisfied with your
purchase, you may exchange or return your clock.

Whether exchanging, or returning, the primary steps are the same.
First, call us at 1-888-632-8580 to let us know that you did not care for
your purchase and what you would like to replace it with.  We will then
give you an address to send the clock back to in its original packaging.
This shipping will be at your expense, and ranges anywhere from
a few dollars with small clocks to a couple hundred with grandfather clocks.

Once the clock is received, we will ship your new clock out to you; also at
your cost for shipping.

If there is a difference in price between the exchanged clocks, we will
credit/charge the difference to the original card used in the purchase.
Those who received their clock as a gift and wish to exchange for
a cheaper clock will be given the difference back in store credit
(more expensive clocks may be charged to the gift recipient's card) .

Returns

Returns follow the same first steps as above: call us, then ship the
clock back at your expense.

Once it arrives, the original card used in the purchase will be credited
the value of the clock, less a 10% restocking fee.

Sorry, but clocks given as a gift cannot be returned unless the return
is conducted through the original purchaser.
